Body Oils I Love

I love’ em! I love body oils so much that I’m always asking brands, “So, are you doing a body oil next?” I just feel like nothing (other than a great body cream see here) leaves my body feeling hydrated enough. These are some of my new (and old) favorites (I always have several of them in rotation at one time).

Outer Being Face + Body Oil is just incredible! This was my first time trying out Bathing Culture and I have to say that I’m wildly impressed. No, I have not used this as a face oil because my body is too in love with it. I’m actually excited to use this when I get out of the shower! Ha. VERY COOL…a body oil for the sun? Wait. What? Yes, how brilliant! Laurel’s Sun Body Oil is both a moisturizer and a body oil that is designed to help the skin pre-sun and post-sun. How? Laurel chose ingredients that based on their ability to prevent “UV induced oxidative damage or their ability to repair damage after too much sun exposure.” It’s light, nourishing and feels as if you’re feeding your skin. I had this body oil a long time ago and was just gifted another bottle and my arms and chest are happy. It’s super important to not only wear sunscreen, but to care for skin that has been out in the sun. The scent is bright and summery and it also includes, “a house made Gem Essence of Aquamarine, Turquoise and Citrine to inspire joy, movement and freedom of expression.” I love good energy anywhere I can get it! I guess it kinda goes without saying that the Osmia Body Oils are wonderful. With loads of nourishing oils, the ingredients are incredible. Like Osmia recommends, they are best when used on wet skin as they’ll really absorb. Handcrafted in Colorado, the scents (unless you choose the unscented, Naked) are so lovely and actually remain on the skin. My favorites? Night and Light. Yes, yes I did just re-order another two Pure Radiance Body Oils from True Botanicals. Why? Because I love them. Why? Because they hydrate, absorb quickly and the scent is lovely! I’m a big fan of oils that don’t feel like oils that never absorb! This vegan oil comes with a pump and in a glass bottle, so I like to keep it on my sink. The first ingredient is green tea oil followed by sunflower oil, so you know it’s pure.
