So Smooth: Green Beauty’s Anti-Frizz Little Darlings featuring Josh Rosebrook, Innersense, Rahua + EvolvH!

Green beauty has FINALLY caught up with conventional anti-frizz and smoothing products and they are really, really great – no oily feel, just smooth, healthy hair. Here’s some of my favorites…and some specials, too!

JOSH ROSEBROOK SERUM SPRAY If you’re deathly afraid of a smoothing serum making your hair to oily, go for Josh. This serum has the feel of a liquid, which was a big surprise to me. It’s light, smells like citrus and leaves the hair soft, smooth, doesn’t weigh it down and, like I said, won’t give you that greasy look that many serums give ya! It’s recommended to use it on damp hair. I like to spray on my hands and run my fingers through my hair mid-way to the ends. You don’t need much to get strong-feeling, smooth and soft hair. RAHUA LEGENDARY AMAZON OIL I really like this. Yes it’s an oil and yes you only need the tiniest bit (I would say a dime-size amount). I like to put it in the palm of my hand, rub my hands together and rub it through my hair (avoiding my bangs). So soft and smooth, this oil will give you added hydration (but not too much). Dry hair types will lap it up and, in fact, I recommend using a bit more if you’re really on the dry side. This oil leaves the hair feeling like silk, but unless you use a ton, it won’t leave you looking greasy! Get it here.

INNERSENSE SWEET SPIRIT LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER I had been dying to test out this baby for quite some time as I’ve heard only good things about it. This leave-in comes in a spray, but has a thicker consistency than just a regular spray. Like all of these, I like to apply to my hands first, rub them together and then evenly disperse it throughout my hair so I don’t have one big squirt in one area. I love this because it didn’t “over condition” my hair and I loved the lightweight and smooth feel it left in my hair. This can be used on both dry and wet hair, so it’s different from these other serums. It’s also a huge bottle, so it’s a nice value! Get it here.

EVOLVH SUPERFINISH POLISHING BALM If you love a light lotion to run over your luscious locks to smooth everything out, you’ll love this. They call it a balm, but it’s more like a gel/lotion. You need very little, and it won’t make your hair feel/look greasy or weigh it down. I pretty much use this every single time I blow dry my hair. I also love the scent of it – floral and clean.
